Gov’t expects to complete land title exercise this year
The government has issued more than six million land titles over the last five years with the final batch expected to be completed this year. Theng Chan Sangvar, Secretary of State of Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, said yesterday that 6,584,778 land titles were issued to the general public between 2018 and the first half of 2022, which is 94.06% of about 7 million titles. …
